Michael Sales is the founder and creator of Tablio, an autonomous operating system for restaurants, events, and venues.

Driven by firsthand experience in hospitality operations, Michael spent the last six months building Tablio full-time — designing, integrating, and refining a single platform that replaces fragmented tools, manual labor, and outdated POS systems. The result is an end-to-end system that automates guest ordering, event planning, staffing, kitchen prep, scheduling, seating, payments, and real-time operational intelligence.

Michael personally funded and built the platform from the ground up, investing tens of thousands of dollars and countless hours to solve one core problem: hospitality businesses are forced to work harder than necessary because their systems don’t talk to each other.

Tablio was created to change that — giving control back to guests, clarity back to operators, and profitability back to business owners through automation, AI-driven forecasting, and a single source of operational truth.
