Build an Urbit application entirely in the browser, without a running Urbit ship.

Why do this? Urbit is a personal server platform that solves many of Web3’s problems around decentralization, but it is currently difficult to extend. In this demo, we have created a sample Urbit application that runs entirely in JavaScript and can be directly deployed to Urbit’s software distribution system. This means:

Any developer can build an Urbit app just how they like it, without worrying about Urbit specifics. Then, the same code can be deployed to and run on Urbit servers, which handle the difficult parts of decentralization, networking / authentication, and more.
