This finds the Optimal Graduation F(t) of the mobile game Exponential Idle based on an input Phi, Tau, and Current Student count. It also outputs additional R9 boost information if R9 has been unlocked or will be unlocked on the next graduation. It takes into account fastest known strats, Psi 3 upgrades, R9 unlocks, and differences in Phi*Tau growth over different F(t) ranges.
