I built an AI that plays tic tac toe which can't be outsmarted... Give it a try I dare you >:)

This is pretty generic, not the AI, but people have built algorithms to do the same thing... So I'm gonna program this to do other things, and even beat other (not impossible) algorithms every time... So I'll put a list of everything I make with this below...
