Problem Description
DevRev’s Grow app is a unified platform for customer success, sales and product teams in SaaS to collaborate and optimize customer lifetime value. It maintains a complete customer journey by creating a knowledge graph of customer data across product-led user interactions, sales-led customer interactions, and automated touchpoints.
The proposed snap-in for Airmeet should sync attendee data between Airmeet and DevRev to help teams get an overview of each contact’s interactions within DevRev.
Key Features and Scope
- Sync Info from Airmeet: The following data must be synced into DevRev and tracked at the contact level
- Registration info
- Session attendance & time spent
- Event attendance & time spent
- Booth activity & lead magnet info
- Registration UTM parameters
- Segment contacts on DevRev based on event activities performed. Filter contacts to create active lists and send targeted emails to attendees vs non-attendees.
- Notify the account owner as soon as a prospect performs a specific activity like completing the registration or asking a question.
- Map fields between DevRev and Airmeet to create audience segments that can be used to personalize the event experience.
Acceptance Criteria
- The solution must be a snap-in. We have detailed documentation to help you get up to speed on how to build one. Apart from the documentation, a dedicated developer evangelist will also be assigned to you, to help you get unblocked faster.
- The snap-in must pass internal code review. We will provide you an exhaustive code review checklist before you start development.
- We will also need a small demo video (2-3 minutes) of the snap-in. It should explain how to install the snap-in and how it works.
We will share a detailed PRD for the snap-in by 10th Jan. Feel free to reach out before that as well, if you have any doubts.
