Problem Description

I have python script which scrapes some data and then send email to the user containing that data using selenium and chrome drivers. It should run after every 1 hour on auto so needs to be deployed
On successful deployment I can increase the price as well
I have tried to deploy, but get an error.

Help me deploy it for free on heroku or any other plateform
