Problem Description

I need someone to build a shallow front-end of my web application. The front end should involve a clean design, taking into account modern design best practices. Here are the critical features:

1. The user should be able to log in using a password. For now I just need to password restrict it for myself while I am in development stage.
2. The user should be able to submit a .csv file
3. The csv file should then be delivered to a function in my Java backend.

After the backend functions have been completed, an updated csv file will be returned to the user. The user must be able to then click a button to download the resulting csv.

As you can probably tell, I am a new developer. I need your help to guide me on how to connect the frontend to the backend as well.

Acceptance Criteria

Someone experienced building webapps and has a good eye for minimalist design.
