Problem Description

I would like to work on an expo project https://docs.expo.dev/ from a repl

please setup a new project, get it running, and write down in a readme if anything special has to be done in setup.

Acceptance Criteria

• i can hit run, and expo project runs in repl webview
• i can access from expo go app

do quick, and you can have a few follow up bounties
(make template, eas example, ...)
