need an example for doing IAPs in an expo app (both android & iOS)

NOTE: expo is a bit heavy, so works a lot better if you have boosted repl

Acceptance Criteria

• example code to do an IAP (click button or something, have 2+ options)
• README give step by step instructions for:
  • setup/config of IAP
  • any needs for publishing app (using paid expo services is fine)
