Problem Description

Our team has built a React Native application that requires a development build because we need to integrate a third party library called Picovoice that is not compatible in the stock Expo environment.

Acceptance Criteria

Provide a well documented solution and build that maintains existing functionality + the ability to use the Picovoice library.

Technical Details

1. A development build created on the simplest possible sample "Hello World" application alongside relevant steps documented. The pass/fail on success would be basically can it use the 1 or 2 libraries that require the development build. I would like to be on a recorded video call with you as you're walking through it, answering questions and doing each step.
2. The ability to "port" or take my existing project, move it into the new development build environment and verify that the necessary libraries are likewise functioning correctly.
