    Bounty Description

    Problem Description

    The objective of this task is to develop a web app with two core functions: 1) a chat-like interface connected to Open AI's GPT-3 API, and 2) a document editor that can save and manage drafts of documents. The web app should be built on Next.js/Typescript, using TailwindCSS (Create T3 App) and the Lexical.dev editor.

    Acceptance Criteria

    1. The chat-like interface should be able to interact with Open AI's GPT-3 API.
    2. The document editor should be able to save and manage drafts of documents.
    3. The web app should be built using Create T3 App, and the Lexical.dev editor.
    4. The web app should be responsive and fill the entire browser window
    5. The web app should be simple, usable, and have a way to toggle between chat and notes
