Problem Description
Purpose: Create a simple chat interface app that functions as a GPT-powered personal trainer and nutritionist. The app will provide users with fitness and nutrition advice and track their progress, as well as keep them accountable each day.

Acceptance Criteria
Functionality: The app must deliver accurate fitness and nutrition advice through a chat interface. It must have a very simple on-boarding flow, getting user information and then saving it. The chat interface will then be utilised to track progress toward the users goal, analyse food and exercise for the day (GPT-4).
User Engagement: Effective notification system to encourage regular user input.
Data Handling: Ability to store and display historical user data and AI advice.
