Problem Description

I already have an entire bash script ready that creates instances and ports them to the web. Now, I just need to you make it so I can create multiple instances at the same time with different novnc and container ports and also a container deletion endpoint.

The API is made in python and the rest is in bash and docker.

Acceptance Criteria

• Good python knowledge
• Good Docker knowledge
• Good bash knowledge

This task should be relativity easy to complete. LLMs are aloud :D

Normally, i would put this at 500 cycles but its 1000 because i had extra so there's a bonus for you :p
