Vanilla JS application is not scalable in its current form
index.html / style.css/ scriptjs / supabase back end / auth

We are looking for a skilled and experienced web developer to convert our existing vanilla JavaScript web app into a Next.js application. The app is a calculator/dashboard that allows users to save and store their real estate analysis and ask questions about their properties. We want to enhance our current product by implementing a modern and maintainable tech stack.

Project Scope:

Analyze the current web app: Review the existing web app to understand its features, functionality, and user flow.

Conversion to Next.js: Refactor the current codebase and convert it into a modular, server-rendered React application using the Next.js framework.

UI/UX Redesign with Tailwind CSS: Redesign the app's user interface using Tailwind CSS, ensuring a modern and responsive design.

Integrate Supabase for Authentication: Implement Supabase for user authentication and secure user management.

Stripe API Integration: Incorporate the Stripe API for seamless and secure payments, subscription management, and invoicing.

Additional Technologies: Depending on the app's requirements, integrate additional technologies such as React Query or SWR, Mapbox or Google Maps API, serverless functions, and third-party APIs.

Testing and Deployment: Conduct thorough testing of the application and deploy it to a suitable hosting platform.
