    Problem Description

    Acceptance Criteria

    1. The function should accept an address as input.
    2. It should perform research on the property using Langchain and return relevant details (bedrooms, bathrooms, size).
    3. The function should prompt the user to input a CSV file containing listing data for the area.
    4. It should use GPT-4 to select the 5 most relevant properties from the CSV for comparison.
    5. The user should have the option to remove and replace any of the 5 selected properties.
    6. Upon user confirmation, the function should analyze the selected properties and provide an estimated price for the original property.
    7. The function should provide reasoning for the estimated price and the selection of comparable properties.

    Technical Details

    • Language: Python
    • Libraries: pandas for data manipulation, Langchain for property research, OpenAI's GPT-4 for natural language processing.
    • Input: Property address, CSV file containing listing data.
    • Output: Recommended search criteria, 5 most relevant properties, estimated price for the original property, reasoning for the estimate and property selection.
