Problem Description

Build an L402 lightning payments wrapper around the Clipdrop API. https://clipdrop.co/apis/docs/inpainting User should be able to hit against the service or reverse proxy and pay with bitcoin to use the clipdrop API passing through the service/reverse proxy's API key.
