Problem Description

Let's bring issue-based payments back to the news industry. Build a L402 / BOLT12 offer / zap based email/nostr newsletter client. Writers can publish their newsletter to a list of subscribers; subscribers only pay for the latest edition when they get it.

Nostr based submission preferred, but an email-solution (Ghost?) that works with existing email clients would be 🔥

Acceptance Criteria

Feel free to leverage and use existing frameworks and open source software. Working patches or PRs to existing email clients, in-browser payment utilities, or nostr apps are acceptable submissions.

The MVP should be usable, if not fully featured. Outline any further work you think would be cool or useful beyond the mvp along with the submission.
