Problem Description

Acceptance Criteria

The Client should be useful/interesting/different in some way. A PR into an Existing Nostr Client definitely counts and is preferred. User should be able to post Jobs, view Job responses, and pay for completion of the jobs with bitcoin payments/zaps.
