Problem Description

I want to be able to speak into a mobile app on iOS, and have an AI transcribe, translate, and post the tasks identified into a Notion second brain template. This will be a freemium product, 5 tasks free then $10 a month.

Acceptance Criteria

1. Voice Recognition and Processing:

   • The app must accurately recognize and transcribe user speech.
   • The AI must correctly interpret the intent and content of the user's spoken input.

2. Task Categorization and Tagging:

   • The AI must categorize tasks based on keywords and context.
   • It should prompt the user for clarification if the input is ambiguous.
   • The app must allow users to set priorities and add appropriate tags.

3. Notion Integration:

   • Tasks, transcripts and notes must be added to the correct location in the user's Notion workspace.
   • The integration should be smooth, with as near to real-time updates as possible.

4. User Interface:

   • The app must have a simple, intuitive interface.
   • Users should be able to easily review and edit entries before final submission to Notion.

5. Security and Privacy:

   • User data must be securely handled.
   • The app must comply with relevant privacy laws and guidelines.

6. Performance:

   • The app should function efficiently without significant delays in processing or integration.
   • It should have minimal impact on the device's battery life.
