Problem Description

Zendesk analytics (Zendesk Explore) is cumbersome and hard to use. That is why I want a solution that integrates ChatGPT with Zendesk Analytics and then use it as a chatbot. So instead of wrangling with Zendesk Analytics to get data & insights, I just type what I need and it gives me the answer and also provides the ticket links it used to pull the answer from.

Acceptance Criteria

The product will be a simple website where customers can sign up/login with their emails and then integrate their zendesk instance with one click. (Google auth is fine)

After that, they will be shown a simple ChatGPT like chatbot where they can ask questions and it will parse zendesk ticket data and provide an answer. Once the answer is provided, it should also list out the ticket links/urls as reference.

Once integrated into their Zendesk instance, the customer will get 2 queries for free to test out the product, after which they will be shown a paywall where they will need to pay through Stripe to continue using the product.

The product will be for Customer Support Managers who need insights from bulk Zendesk tickets and not customer support agents who reply to customers.

The chatbot should be able to answer questions such as - "Show me the tickets where customer is facing authorization/login issues", "Give me a one line summary of ticket id 6", "Show me tickets completed by Agent 1 in February", etc.

Technical Details

A former developer worked on this so we have quite a lot already done for this. You should be familiar with using LLMs.
