Color BandingCode that creates a window which receives an n amount of PNG files and changes
their pixels row by row using integer calculation (x / y) * y with x being the
original RGB value, creating the effect of color banding.
The output will be n PNG files.
User inputs:
Drop files
Change banding level with slider
Save png file to the same folder as the original file
