0.4.0 - Moved all classes, races, and backgrounds to JSONs, massive refactor, JSON creator added

Changed backgrounds, classes, and races over to json files which is accompanied with a massive refactor. Added a main menu and JSON creators.

0.3.1 - More usability updates

Added hidden option to reroll stats when selecting class. Inputs are no longer case sensitive. Prompt lists no longer have a comma at the end of the lists.
