Bookie0Ah yes, I've had that annoying problem. It's stuck uploading, and it's grayed out, and you don't see the 3 dots so you can't move it anywhere or delete it. You can't do much to fix it, unless you just wait. You could also try to reload the page of your repl.
Also try to report to bugs by clicking the 'get help' button in the sidebar:
