When you type in Bing or google or DuckDuckGo, it corrects you so you can get better search results. In what order does it do it? *misspacing

in the bottom left of you're screen, there is the small little rectangle that contains the console. Just above this little black square is a tab labelled "Shell". if you click on this tab, the view for the console will change to that of the shell. once there, it is very easy to delete the files. if they are in a directory, then just type rm -rf nameofdirectorytodelete if they are not, but contain a common format for the filename, like they all end in .texture, just type rm *.texture `2 years ago

Will i be able to use CSS on images to make a 3d game about cubes. Like minecraft, but entirely css; no canvas allowed.
Coder100

it would be pretty hard first off, how will you be able to add player movement? how about collisions? second of all, how will you be able to create a variable amount of 3d cubes without using any javascript? how about positioning them? finally, how will you make sure your solution won't be so convoluted and bloated that it only works on your computer?2 years ago

Doing 3d animation with CSS is possible (https://codepen.io/wallaceerick/pen/IGxim), but without js you won't be able to do a lot of user input. It is possible, but very math heavy and extremely development heavy.2 years ago

Let's say you had a combination lock. Each dial had the letters you wanted to use. Every word that you could make with the combination lock would be a word in your final list. If we wanted to automate it, we would turn the last dial by one. When it gets back to the start, we rotate the next dial by one. When that reaches the beginning, we turn the next, so on and so forth. Ex: (A[A]) (A[B]) (A[C]) (A[A]) (A[B]) One more thing -- to make this program extra effective, we have to only have one copy2 years ago

so you want to see how many unique rearrangements there are of something like CODER100? It's easy! The formula is: length!/repeatedchars! in the case of CODER100 we have 7!/2!=2520 now your task is to find a way to do this in js2 years ago

Hi topgamerpro16 Use AES256 to encrypt the file. First, put your secret key in .env: ENCRYPT_KEY=adsasdasdfadvfdfkdshfhgjdjdfghsfdhjg Of course don't use adsasdasdfadvfdfkdshfhgjdjdfghsfdhjg as your key, generate one from here (choose 256 bit security level). Now you can use the npm aes256 package: const fs = require('fs'); const aes256 = require('aes256'); async function readEncrypted(file) { const encrypted = await fs.promises.readFile(file); return aes256.decrypt(process.env.ENCRYPT_KEY,3 years ago

usually, you don't decrypt a password. You hash it. Then, when user logs in, you hash that user password input and check if it matches. https://blog.logrocket.com/building-a-password-hasher-in-node-js/3 years ago

You can use the built-in "crypto" library. Please be careful when doing this, as if your password is weak or public, the encryption is worthless. Here's an example: const crypto = require("crypto"); const cipher = crypto.createCipheriv("aes-192-cbc", , ); cipher.update(); const encrypted = cipher.final(); const decipher = crypto.createDecipheriv("aes-192-cbc", , ); decipher.update(encrypted); const decrypted = decipher.final("utf-8"); `3 years ago
