Some of my students are having trouble connecting to repl.it. They have tried both Chrome and Safari. The school computers use Sierra 10.12.6. Though

Thank you for the quick response. In Safari, students wait and there is no response after entering their name and password. In Chrome there is an error message at the top of the screen. Have no made a screenshot of it2 years ago

Can you please make it much more clear? Are they having and infinate loading or is there an error message popping up?2 years ago

Does the student have this thing that says "Can't edit in readonly mode" when they try to type something? If so, it's a weird bug, and you can report it by pressing 'get help' in the side column: Screen Shot 2021-05-27 at 4.11.34 PM And press 'report a bug': Screen Shot 2021-05-27 at 4.11.39 PM You can also try to reload the page, which usually makes it work for me. :) Good luck! :D2 years ago
