nohup.out is a file created by a program used to make x11 (pygame in your case) working.
It is not important but I don't know if you can delete it.

I've recently been checking out the repl 'talk' feature a lot more and have realised peoples usernames have numbers in brackets after them, and I was

Press it and you can see that I got an upvote, thank you!
Then the number in brackets after my name goes up 1.4 years ago
Scoder12 This is amount of cycles, or upvotes, that they have. Whenever someone hits that green button, your number goes up! (the first default one doesn't count)
