OP Wordle
OP WordleDo you like wordle? Well if you do get ready to play s̶c̶u̶f̶f̶e̶d̶ OP Wordle. If you don't know how to play here are the rules: tldr: Try to guess a random word in 6 tries while getting hints each time. Detailed rules: At the start of the game a word is randomly generated. You have 6 tries to guess it. Everytime you try to guess the word, it will tell you if each letter is, not in the word at all, in the word but in the wrong spot, and in the word in the right spot, with white, yellow, and green respectively. If you guess the word in 6 tries, YOU WIN If you fail to guess the word in your 6 tries, YOU LOSE. Members of OP Team involved: https://replit.com/@OmarFarooq8 https://replit.com/@CuriousMonkey

One day I found that some python project that printed out "Hi I'm new to programming." got trending but this other guy who had a really cool role-play

The main reason is because that is usually the starting language for coders (I started with HTML). They are also both very popular (maybe even the most popular) on repl. Getting on the trending page means that you got 5+ upvotes in less than 6ish hours. After that, because it's on the trending page, it usually explodes. Thus, this problem can't really be fixed.2 years ago

Hai, Python and HTML CSS JS are the most used languages on repl.it; most repls on repl.it are made in Python, a simple language that many people enjoy. Many people enjoy making repls in Python as they can make console games which are kinda popular here. For HTML CSS JS, it's the stuff that makes the web and web sites; so many people like making websites and stuff. You can also make games with HTML CSS JS ;) So yea this 'problem' can't really be solved, if you're unhappy well not much you can d2 years ago

I guess python, and html, css, and js are the most popular languages, and get the most upvotes. that's just the way it goes.2 years ago

Not a bug, it's a non-feature. That autocomplete you are talking about is an editor feature, it actually isn't added by default and actual people have to write those language features. That takes time, so if you want to see it happening in your language, please report to feedback! Thanks!2 years ago

hi everyone i have seen that lots of ppl have made programming languages on repl and i have been inspired to try and make one. ONE PROBLEM idk how to

YES!! Finally! Someone who is capable of actually wanting to do it, and KNOWS the language to do it in!!!! I have helped many many people on how to make a programming language, and I am one lucky duck to finally run into someone who wants to make one, and who also knows C!! I want to get one thing out though: You need to have a broad idea of what you language is going to be used for, and what type of syntax you are going to want for it, as well as it's complexity. Programming languages are so2 years ago

Well, what language? This is a great tutorial ig this works this is cool python tutorial node.js tutorial Whatever you use, it's not easy to make a language, so perservere!2 years ago

Most compilers use what is called an Abstract syntax tree to create instructions that a computer can follow. I haven't worked on my own language before, but I've seen them being implemented with this plenty of times.2 years ago
