Copy/Paste the data points directly from Compass. The 'Primary' column must only contain the primary antibody dilution factor.

    Hello Simple Western users,

Here is a new layout of the online tool but you can still titrate your antibodies, just like before.

Click « run » and paste your data in the command box.

At the end of the run, your figure « Graph PS.png » can be found under the « Code » tab above.

I wish you all the best for your Simple Western assays.

I would be more than happy to "set the MPLCONFIGDIR environment variable to a writable directory" but which directory is writable ? And how can I ask matplotlib to write there ?2 years ago

Hi, you can only get the .env file if you are the owner of the repl. That means repl.run will not work. You will have to use a server to have the .env variable available to everyone.2 years ago

Hi!! It is quite safe. Believe it or not, I have done this multiple times with and without hacker plan. I used the power of environment variables. Make a .env file: [email protected] PASSWORD=password Now, to get any of those variables: main.py import os os.environ["variable name"] `2 years ago
