Problem Description

How come proxies like UltraViolet by TitaniumNetwork are always getting banned? Or maybe they aren't banned but 90% of them say "Run this Repl to see the results here" and just don't work. I have found some working ones but they were very hard to find. Is there a reason why all these don't work? Something against Replit ToS? Simply just bad programming?
