AVIRAL_AKASH ==> Mean-variance-standard-deviation-calculator
AVIRAL_AKASH ==> Mean-variance-standard-deviation-calculatorMean-Variance-Standard Deviation Calculator:- Create a function named calculate() in meanvarstd.py that uses Numpy to output the mean, variance, standard deviation, max, min, and sum of the rows, columns, and elements in a 3 x 3 matrix. The input of the function should be a list containing 9 digits. The function should convert the list into a 3 x 3 Numpy array, and then return a dictionary containing the mean, variance, standard deviation, max, min, and sum along both axes and for the flattened matrix.
For loop creative project
For loop creative projectThis replit consist of while loops and for loops and the goal is to display all the numbers from 1-100 except for one number and have the user input the missing number. The only way to exit the loop is to provide the missing number.

I’ve created a fork of this project that fixes the divide by zero error and makes the sentiment analysis a bit more accurate, using more commonly used keywords.

Osaym
Osaym2 weeks ago

divide by 0 error lmao

TBUk
TBUk2 weeks ago

I am getting the exact same error as ninjac.

Edit: I know why it’s happening. After checking the code, the “like ratio” assumes that the repl has likes. If it doesn’t have likes, it tries to divide 0 by runs, which obviously fails. I would recommend just adding a check for like count, and setting the ratio to 0% if it’s 0, or adding a try except for ZeroDivisionError.

Edit 2: I also found an issue with your sentiment analysis. It has a pretty big list of positive sentiment, but not in terms of negative sentiment. I would consider adding stuff like “fix”, “help”, “broken”, etc. so it’s more accurate.

ninjac

my repl is giving error of:

Traceback (most recent call last): File "main.py", line 93, in print(f"like ratio: {round((likes/runs)*100,2)}%") ZeroDivisionError: division by zero

Could you please consider making the instructions clearer so that it doesn't look like a list of things that you can do but instead look like it actually means to type in "1" or "2"? Thanks.

The reliability value is whether or not you can trust that the rep is giving a good output.

Classfied3D
Classfied3D2 weeks ago

you should add 'smart' to the reliability value.

The code is kind of sloppy, but overall nice job! Next time, instead of using web scraping, create a API or use JSON parsing to get raw data.

Why does my first repl have a positive ratio(UP) but my others(DOWN) dont? : l

Ayrek-O
Ayrek-O2 weeks ago

what does this mean? image

RayhanADev
RayhanADev2 weeks ago

Instead of splitting text you could just use a JSON parsing library for python, then you can access the data as object properties instead of dealing with the raw text. Otherwise, interesting use of the Replit API I'm glad people are still tinkering with it ;)

if the repl has no likes it raises a ZeroDivisionError exception

should be easily fixed with a check to see if the like count is 0 before dividing or with a try statement

bet it's the same for number of runs
