You should probably remove the quotation marks around the title.
Also, for future reference, questions belong on the Ask board.

the title element is the title of the tab thing at the top of the browser.
So, since your website's title is "Tea.com", the title would be:

As ChezCoder said, The <title> element is meant to create the title of the page. However, this belongs in the "Ask" category, as you are asking a question about coding.
