DreamForgerJS - Create a text adventure in almost no code
h
LeviathanCoding (1606)

DreamForgerJS is something I made a really long time ago and will probably be discontinued. It has a built-in item system as well as navigation. It comes with color parsing and lots more.

I used a very early version of dreamforger to make calamity. (alternate link)

I have seen lots of text console games on replit and I want to change that right now.
There is no combat or npc quests as of now.

I started one of these a while ago, but I didn't finish it.
Hopefully, people use this instead of making glorified multiple-choice quizzes.
Repl decided to remove x servers from nix repls, so I can't work on my own project until they fix that, maybe I'll add multiplayer to this.

Why do you want to type in the console (or simulate one) when you could do something like an actual 2d or 3d game lol cool anyways voting.

LeviathanCoding (1606)

@codingjlu , I just wanted to release smth kewl I maked.

codingjlu (483)

@LeviathanCoding lol ok uhmaze een gramyrhh!

CSharpIsGud (1070)

@codingjlu You can have far more flexibility with text based games like this than having to make art for everything and work out collisions, stuff like that.
