is it possible to link to a site external to replit? for example:
<a href="http://www.google.com">link text</a>

and for clicking "link text" to then navigate the embedded replit browser to google?

Or is this not possible at all and only configured for navigating to 'local' files?

Yes, except you can't do it in the embedded output because of headers sent by google preventing this.

Instead, you must open in a new tab.

Why don't you test it out.

Could you be more descriptive? If you mean markdown, then use link text in comments or posts.

Highwayman

you mean if you embed a Repl as an iframe? Couldn't you just slap a <map> over the iframe and then just designate a section as a link or something?
