Removing Student Projects from Teams
Wesam_Issawi_Is (2)

So I use teams for education, when course runs it's course 🙄, I know how to remove a student from my team but I want to also remove their projects.

Anyone know how or if that's even possible?

If not, get to work Repl.it engineers.

Hi all.... thanks for the help...

I don't want to delete entire projects. Let me describe the context. I want to remove student submissions from my old class of students.

Currently I have a new batch of students. But the repl.it project has about 90 names I've taught in the past... yes, that's since september... Anyway, I'd rather not have those 90 submissions there anymore.

please upvote so this can be taken care of.

Hum not sure but you could try to delete their projects by clicking on the repl name and pressing delete:

If that doesn't work, I'd suggest emailing [email protected] about it or suggesting the feature in feedback here.

Good luck!! =)

@Bookie0 Deleting someone's code and work out of the blue? Sounds like fun, can't wait to hear bug reports "My Repl 'X' dissapeared today, I was working on it yesterday, and I submitted it to my class, what do I do!?"

Bookie0 (6286)

Lol but didn’t they want to remove the project? I though remove meant delete lol @xxpertHacker

xxpertHacker (930)

@Bookie0 I think of remove like you would think of removing something from a folder, the item isn't gone, it's just not in your folder anymore.

@xxpertHacker hum indeed ur right, they wanted to remove the student but not (necessarily) delete them lol

Repl.it doesn't have engineers but programmers and other people!!! If you mean software engineers then I guess the term 'engineers' is correct!!! anyways if you are the owner or member of the team you can delete the repls!!! The button is next to the fork button and in the description box!!!

LuckyOreos (203)

@LuckyOreos Also, deleting peoples' work without permission is a little rude!!!

xxpertHacker (930)

@LuckyOreos Repl has engineers: software engineers.

@xxpertHacker Thats what I said!!! I said that if you are saying that they are software engineers then you are correct!!!
