Why isnt repl updating python since they have a newer version available?

If you are unable to do something in Python 3.6.3, tell me (I can get you a Python 3.7 repl), but you should be able to do most things.

i need a python 3.7 repl for discord buttons pls T_T

Anything that runs on 3.7 should probably run on 3.9 (which is what repl uses if I remember correctly).

Repl will update, we just have a lot of things we're working on, so some things will take more time.
