@AxlDeb Welp, I maxed the failed attempts for my password so I gotta wait a while. I'll see if it works in a little while, thanks for the info!

[deleted]

@GalaxyWolfX wait you dont need a password, you can just read the post anyway

GalaxyWolfX

@AxlDeb I was gonna connect Github to Repl.it

[deleted]

@GalaxyWolfX oh that yeah haha

[deleted]

usualy it resets after 5 to 10 minutes

[deleted]

@GalaxyWolfX contact me on discord if you need help
Axl#0732

GalaxyWolfX

@AxlDeb Alright, I'll try now. Imagine I mistype it once and it extends the time.

[deleted]

@GalaxyWolfX idk, its only happened to me once and i dont remember

GalaxyWolfX

@AxlDeb I shouldn't have said that- it's gonna be a bit. I don't have discord, but thanks.

[deleted]

@GalaxyWolfX ok np
wait can you accept my answer

GalaxyWolfX

@AxlDeb After I verify it, yes.

[deleted]

@GalaxyWolfX ok
very fun fact: i just got the idea of making my very own program thingy to generate run on repl.it embeds

GalaxyWolfX

@AxlDeb That sounds interesting, if you could code it that'd be cool.

GalaxyWolfX

@AxlDeb I love your pfp (Sokka)

[deleted]

@GalaxyWolfX currently im making the image desing, and oh do i plan to code it
edit: thanks

GalaxyWolfX

@AxlDeb Cool. Ping me when you get it done. Or in the Beta stage.

[deleted]

@GalaxyWolfX well i had to scrap the design for now but ill do the coding

[deleted]

@GalaxyWolfX because of the fact that you cant acess js variables in html the way im doing it, so the other option is to put it down to run in the console IYKWIM

@InvisibleOne Does that hide the code?

NoelB33

You can see the code no matter what, but if you use the README.md file then that will pop up as a default and most people won’t look at the code. However, you can’t stop people from looking at it without a private repl. @GalaxyWolfX

GalaxyWolfX

@InvisibleOne @NoelB33 I need to embed it so no one can see the project until they click the link.

InvisibleOne

Yeah that will hide the code and only show the output @GalaxyWolfX

GalaxyWolfX

@InvisibleOne Where do I put that link?

InvisibleOne

You could just post that link, or you could put it in an <iframe> in an HTML repl @GalaxyWolfX

GalaxyWolfX

@InvisibleOne If I post solely the link, it says I need to select a repl

InvisibleOne

Change @yourusername to your username, and REPL_NAME to the name of the repl you wanted to put, for example, this is is what it would look like with one of my repls:
https://repl.it/@InvisibleOne/little-kingdom?lite=1&outputonly=1
@GalaxyWolfX

InvisibleOne

Then just select a blank repl and provide the link @GalaxyWolfX

GalaxyWolfX

@InvisibleOne I just posted it, but it isn't working. Can you take a look?

InvisibleOne

Try adding ?lite=1&outputonly=1 to the end of your URL @GalaxyWolfX

GalaxyWolfX
GalaxyWolfX

@InvisibleOne Did you look at my newest share?

GalaxyWolfX

@InvisibleOne I'm really new to this so I have no idea what to do

InvisibleOne

Oh, I see what the problem is, put the URL inside of the place holding repl @GalaxyWolfX

GalaxyWolfX

@InvisibleOne OHHHHH... thanks.

InvisibleOne

let me know if that works @GalaxyWolfX

GalaxyWolfX

@InvisibleOne Is it fixed now?

InvisibleOne

Let me check @GalaxyWolfX
