No. Have you actually read the TOS yet?
The TOS states:

  • Not allowed to use the API more than what a normal user would use (not applicable)
  • No malicious intent (not applicable)
  • Things that are harmful to minors (not applicable)
  • Cause things that disrupt the replit service (not applicable)

Please, read the TOS.
