Lost 7 weeks worth of code

I lost 7 weeks of code. Can I get it back without rewinding every single file? Pls make it a feature that you can rewind the whole repl.

Replit has a history button located to the right of the coding language icon which you can use to rollback your repl.

click repl history. It's located on the top of your repl.

@techdude1610 no
yeah that is a useful feature, you should have used git history instead to do that.

@Coder100
how do i use git history?

Coder100 (16791)

basically next time, initiate git on your repl, so when you do a dumb, you can revert to the previous commit. @techdude1610

@Coder100 they really need to make an option to rewind the project without saving to git.

it won't help you restore it atm tho @techdude1610
