Java Tools on Repl.it

So I've been using Eclipse IDE in most of my Java projects before I switched to repl.it, and I still miss some of those amazing tools.
One of which is the "Create Package" tool, and despite me having little to no knowledge of Java, it was still a good tool. I still don't really know what they are for, but I knew how to use them.
Another tool was adding external archives (like importing node modules) in order to use them for special things (game mods, add-ons, apps, etc.)

My Questions are:
1.) What is a "substitute" for creating a package in repl.it?

2.) How would I add external archives (for example spigot-1.14.4.jar for Minecraft) into my build?

As you may have guessed, I am coding a Minecraft plugin

unfortunately, there is no substitute other than doing it manually, i suggest you read up on packages and/or copy the project into replit

Go to the packages section

I did not figure it out, I lied on accident

@EpicGamer007

To number two, I cannot find org.bukkit packages and when I simple put in import statements it does not automatically install them. I click on the box menu that opens the search bar with all of the Java packages, and I try numerous queries ("org.bukkit", "bukkit", "spigot", "bukkit-1.14.4") and none showed.
I either am doing something wrong or repl.it does not have these packages.
However, would it be possible to upload libraries that I have downloaded so that repl.it would recognize them?
