How frequently is [email protected] monitored?

A couple weeks ago (on June 8th), I sent an email to [email protected] and was pleased to get a reply in less than 13 hours. However, I replied to that email and did not receive a response even after 14 days. I followed up 3 days ago and still have not received a response (i.e., it has now been a total of 17 days since my reply).

I'd just like to know how frequently this email is monitored so I can have some idea as to if/when I would receive a response.

Because of the huge number of people using the email for their questions, consider adding URGENT to the subject line, or using a team member email account, for example [email protected]

I recommend using Mailtrack. It will tell you whenever your email is read.

@DillonB07 This seems like a great tool, but I wish I didn't have to pay to hide the marker it appends to my email.

@0xmmalik You don't. There is a way to hide it by editing the HTML of the email before you send it.

@DillonB07 How do you edit the HTML of an email in Gmail? I thought they got rid of that feature.

But, you have to do it for every email, so if it is just for contacting Replit, it isn't worth it I don't think.

Replit is a relatively small community, and most mods and staff members respond to reports, feature requests, emails, etc. almost all the time.

You can try emailing them again with a little backstory on your responses. But this is the best I can say. For more info, you can ping a mod, or message them on discord.
