Dark Mode in the Menus

I don't know how to turn on Dark Mode in the menus, it only works when I'm editing repls. How do I change the menus and talk page to dark mode? Sometimes when I leave my repl, the front page flashes dark mode for a second, but then becomes light mode again. Is this a hacker plan feature?

First, click on your username, then click on edit your profile, scroll down a bit and you will see the Preferences, next, change the Theme in it to dark. Finally, save your profile.
