Autocomplete not working
AllenJarrett (12)

I have a few students that autocomplete does not fill in when they are typing in their style.css file.

How to I get it to start working.

Thanks,

Allen

Are they using the Monaco editor? (you can check by right clicking. if a menu with a "command palette" button shows up, it's Monaco)

I will check tomorrow when class starts again.

Thanks for your quick response.

It is Monaco, I found the settings icon (not sure how I missed it before) and found the setting there to turn on the autocomplete (code intelligence).

@theangryepicbanana @AllenJarrett I have Code Intelligence turned on, however, I only get Emmet autocompletion for HTML.

How would I get auto-complete turned on for CSS, Javascript, Python, etc.?

@Lathryx I found it wouldn't work for me in the Opera browser but when I switched to Chrome it did.

@jookieapc Interesting! Too bad I just switched to using Opera instead! 😅
