How do I bring my suspended app back after fixing billing?
Once you have fixed billing, check whether your app is still stopped. Paying and starting the app are two separate checks.

If your account can publish again but the app is still stopped, try republishing it.
- Open the affected project and go to Publishing.
- Select Republish.
- Check whether the published app is available.
If Publishing still shows an account block, check that notice first. Do not assume another attempt will clear it.
