Can Monitoring Agent fix an app without publishing it?
Yes. You can allow Monitoring Agent to work on a fix without allowing it to publish the change. Auto-fix controls the repair work. Auto-republish is the separate choice that lets a fix go live without waiting for you.
To keep control of publishing:
- Open your app's Publishing settings.
- Turn on Auto-fix, if it is available.
- Leave Auto-republish off and follow the save instructions shown.
This separates work on the app from changes to the live version. Review the result before you choose to publish it.
Auto-republish requires Auto-fix. Turning Auto-fix off also turns Auto-republish off.
