Can I change my app's deployment region after it's been published?
After an app is published, you cannot change its publishing geography in place.
To move a published app to a different region, remix the app and publish the remix in the new region.
You cannot change the database region in place after publication.
If you need a stable URL before remixing and republishing, connect a custom domain first because the remixed app may receive a different .replit.app subdomain.
After remixing, re-add any deployment secrets.
