Yes. You can use Free Mode for routine maintenance and edits to an existing project.
Free Mode is not only for starting new apps. You can continue making changes to an app you have already built.
If the work needs a paid mode, Agent explains the request and asks for your confirmation. You can approve that request or keep working in Free Mode.
