Can Free Mode generate videos?
No. Video generation is a paid capability, so it is not included in Free Mode.
That limit concerns video generation, not whether you can build or edit an app in Free Mode. When a request needs a paid mode, Agent explains it and asks for your confirmation before proceeding.
You can approve a request or keep working in Free Mode. Please be sure to check the Mode selection after opting for the paid request to ensure you are not continuing in that mode for the next Agent command.
