A clear path forward
How do I restore an app paused for billing?
After a top up, check whether your production database is still paused. The payment may restore account access. The database may need another step.
A pause does not mean your data was deleted. Do not restore an older copy just because the app is down. A restore can discard data added after the chosen point.
Once the payment is recorded:
- Check its status in the Database pane.
- If it is paused and you see Unpause database, use that control.
- Check whether the app and its data are available again.
If the control is missing, check the payment method on file. If the database is running but publishing is still blocked, the account issue needs more attention.
