A clear path forward
How can I investigate apparent duplicate bank charges?
Two bank entries for the same amount do not always mean you were charged twice. They could be separate purchases, a pending authorization alongside a completed payment, or a duplicate payment.

To check:
- Review both entries in your banking app. Note each amount, date, description, and whether it is pending or completed. Your bank can confirm whether a pending entry is an authorization hold.
- Go to Settings → Billing at https://replit.com/settings/billing and find the relevant purchases under Payment receipts.
- Select “View receipt” for each purchase and compare it with the bank entry. Check what each charge covers, not just whether the amounts match.
