Hybrid, on purpose. Most of our team works from our Foster City HQ or offices in New York, London, and Salt Lake City on Mon, Wed, and Fri. Others work remotely. Time together helps us make better decisions and do better work, with flexibility built in.

We use Replit to build Replit, across every team. In the first half of 2026, our engineers shipped 2.9x more code each without increasing review latency or revert rates. Our support team closes escalated tickets 60% faster, while finance saves 150 hours annually with custom-built tools.
